Niflhel is a melodic death metal band from Hamm (NRW), founded in 2012 by Michael Gruen, Simon Althoff, Thorsten Oelmann and Simon Stellmacher.
Our sound was first influenced by the Gothenburg style of the 90s, as well as Bathory and over the years has developed into a style of its own that is thematically inspired by Norse mythology and its warriors.
